How will I know when my order is received?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and any updates by email if there are any issues with your order.  You will also receive an email with tracking number, once your order has shipped. Nylon bee reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.

How do I cancel my order?

Our processing system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.  In the event that you wish to cancel or change your order before it ships, please contact us asap.  If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns policy.
